Horrible experience! Super bad haircut on wavey hair. It looked like a tree in the back, very uneven all over, with missing parts and holes as well. No structure, no shape. I fixed it at another saloon, didn’t trust to return here to fix it. Don’t recommend!

Horibble experience! I asked to make the hair thinner and I got an unequal, chopped hair in the back and shapeless in the front. I had holes all over the bottom part, in the back it looked like a crown. Half of the lenght was gone as well. They said to come back to repair it- no thank you! I asked to get the money back, they can give me only a gift card, but no money back. No trust to get any other service there!

The basics of a good manicure and pedicure are to remove the cuticles from the nails, and that wasn't done. I'm going to have to buy pliers and remove them myself, even after paying 85€ for both services... What was done as pedicure I could have done at home myself. I’m frustrated.
