I booked a 10:30 appointment for Friday via Treatwell, only to be told when I arrived that don't they take appointments on the weekends. I was asked to comeback in 30 to an hour because I had two people in front of me.
First off, this was beyond unprofessional. When they first saw my booking knowing that they don't take appointments on the weekends, I should have received a phone call advising me of their policy. My time is valuable, and as a customer it should be respected. Going to the salon sitting all day waiting until it's your turn went out with the 80s! Business 101 teaches you that first impressions are lasting impressions especially for new customers.
I can't write about their price or quality, because I was so disgusted by the service that I didn't bother to go back. Bad customer service equals bad business, and my money is way to valuable to me to spend with a bad business especially when I have 23 other options!
