I went for manicure pedicure and the person treating me had never done a pedicure before , there was not have even proper material/space to perform it. She had to read line by line what she needed to do. When I had to pay they ask me for a n extra amount while I already paid before the treatment online and had my voucher. They insisted that I had to pay extra to my surprise, I spent sometime until I found the treatwell email, while they were annoyed by that.to prove that they were wrong . The person who instructed the girl to ask me to pay more did not even came out. I had to give the girl my phone to get in to show it to that person. Incredible! What is this for a customer service attitude? They really stressed me with this attitude at that moment. On top of that I did not have a proper pedicure done.
