Good haircut, good talk

I made a reservation for the hair dresser. I went to the address indicated in the email confirmation but when I went there I couldn't find the hair salon. i tried calling Ivo several times but no response. In google maps there is another location for the same hair dresser, i went there as well but no Hair salon. I sent n email requesting a refund for the appointment (you have to pay in advance) but the email doesn't exist. I beleive thsi is just a scam. plesae don't pay before hand.

Ivo laid out the possibilities and which one was more suitable for my wishes. He also advised the opportunity of having his colleague more specialized in my type of hair take over. Constrained by time and other pressure, I decided to continue with his treatment. The outcome was satisfactory.
