Lack of communication between employees. I waited for 20 minutes while there were no customers after me. I only got help after asking how much longer I would need to wait. I got told that waxing was not for me as my hairs were tough and as for someone who wax’s frequently this was by far painful than my previous waxing appointments as the tape only came off half way. Maybe slippery hands? A tweezer is used to plucked the remaining hairs but this didn’t happen and I still have a lot of hairs.
