Very disappointing. Booked and paid one month in advance, was really looking forward to my treatment. However when I got to my treatment she was not at home. After 5 minutes waiting I've phoned her and the lady picked up and informed me that she had cancelled the appointment 9:00 AM due to sickness. When I've phoned her I could hear she was in the car, she was telling me that she is too sick to give me the treatment. I was upset as I had paid for a full treatment, she blamed it on Treatwell. After I hung up I've phoned the customer services of Treatwell they've informed that she did not cancell anything and they will contact her and refund me the money and issue me a coupon of EUR 10 for the inconvience. Did not see the coupon yet and will check the refund. Will not return.
