I had a great experience with Tanya. She's very thorough and the result is beautiful! More over everything was super tidy and clean - much appreaciated. The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars overall is that it took a long time to get an appointment and then I had to wait for 25 minutes for it (hopefully it was just an exceptional happening!)
