Vond dat er goed werd geluisterd naar wat voor kapsel ik wilde. En er werd ook gevraagd als ik het zo goed vond of toch nog wat anders wilde.

I told him how I wanted my sons hair but after the appointment the hair was not cut the way I wanted. It seems like all hair is cut the same, my son ended up with the same hair cut as the full grown man next to him. When I go to my regular barber with my son my sons hair is thinned at the top so it is more flowy. There was very little attention paid to the detail and therefore my son has the typical "Middle eastern" Buzz cut. Lack of versatility and understanding of customer wishes.
