We’re reaching out with an update on the actions Treatwell is taking in response to the evolving Coronavirus pandemic.

The health, wellbeing and safety of our customers, team and salon partners - many of whom are small, independent businesses - is of paramount importance to us - today and every day.

Considering the criticality of the situation I want to personally share with you our main attention at the moment is, not only to protect, but also to support all of you. For this reason, in compliance with the governmental advice as of 23 March 2020, the salons will be closed from 24 March 2020 until 6th of April 2020.

Treatwell will automatically cancel all bookings scheduled for this period. If you have already booked and paid in advance for an appointment for any day within this period, we will automatically refund your booking. Please keep in mind that the amount will be visible in 3-5 working days on your account. In addition, you cannot make new bookings for this period. You can still make a booking for after April 6.

We hope that wherever you are right now, you’re safe and well and managing to stay positive in this uncertain situation. I know you’ll join us in thinking about both the beauty industry and community and the many other small businesses who are likely to be impacted as this situation continues to unfold.

We are working to stay updated on the provisions adopted by our government. We take this opportunity to invite you to keep you informed and adopt the personal protection measures established by the RIVM and WHO.

Thank you for taking the time to read this message and for your continued support.

With best wishes,

Kei Kaji
CEO of Treatwell
