I've been to this place before and the experience was some what reasonable. Last time, I had to wait for awhile but at least I had a decent hair cut. So I decided to go back.
This time, I didn't have to wait. The hairdresser seemed young and a little incompetent. She didn't speak good English, so I had to explain slowly what I want. There's was someone else there to translate as well. But I had a bad feeling. Seems she was nodding although she didn't understand what I said.
As expected, she cut my hair with her own style, not listening to what I wanted.
On top of that, she finished without brushing off hair on my face and around my neck.
Personally, I'm not too fussy about haircuts. But this is just bad service. Afterwards I spoke to my friends who visited here, and they were complaining about same thing, which make me think it's not just one off incident.
Hairdressing is a service business. Main thing you sell is the service, and if that is not up to standard, it's like a restaurant failing health and safety regulation for food. Not going back to the restaurant where you got food poisoned, would you?
