Outstanding price/quality ratio. I searched and tried different laser treatments for hair removal. I found the services of Tugba by far exceeding those of the competition. Excellent price, superior customer service, flexibility regarding moving appointments when my schedule change. She has a beautiful place where customers can relax. I heard horror stories about getting burnt during laser treatments, but with Tugba I always feel safe. She explains what she is doing and why, what one can expect (or not) from the treatment. I very much appreciate her honesty and her genuine care for her customers to be satisfied.
