I booked for Biab removal. The first flag for me should have been that this was only a 15 min appointment. Done properly this should be much longer. When I got there at the right time they said I was 30 mins early and must come back - although 2 staff seemed available then with no clients. When I came back they were double booked and it was chaos!! Also the hot water was not working so trying to soak with semi cold water was really a problem. I left with BAD nails :(
