Ras is a highly skilled barber with a passion for perfection and a commitment to continuous learning. With over 19 years of experience in the barbering industry, his journey began in Ukraine in 2003. Originally trained in interior design, his creative eye naturally led him to the art of male grooming. By 2016, Ras had established himself as a recognized expert, eventually opening his own barbershop in Kyiv. Now, he brings his expertise and dedication to Rotterdam’s vibrant scene, ensuring every client leaves his chair with a smile and eager to return.

Andrew is a passionate barber originally from Ukraine. His career began at 21, and since then, he has honed his craft in Kyiv, Athens, and now in Rotterdam, where he is part of the talented team at 4Men Barbershop. His expertise lies in classic men’s haircuts, precise beard styling, and traditional shaving. He views barbering as an art form—a space where creativity meets precision to craft a look that suits each individual. Outside of work, Andrew finds inspiration in music and art, which fuel his passion for delivering unique and thoughtful experiences to his clients.

Since my teenage years I liked to cut my friends' hair so growing up I knew what profession I wanted to follow!! I started in 2014 at a small school in my city I loved it and then I left for Thessaloniki to chase my dream I start for private educational institution Delta..As soon as I finished school, I was given opportunities to work with big names in Greece! I attended many seminars with Hayden Cassidy - Josh Lamonaca -Charles Gray -Cal Newsome and many others!!and now I came to continue my dream here!!For me as a barber, it matters to be able to make customers happy with my ideas and of course my creations..also I like to dancing and to travel!!
