Karmen was amazing! I had a baby 5 months ago (C-section) and was feeling really self-conscious and nervous, but she immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was gentle, easy to talk to, and genuinely kind throughout the whole appointment. The studio was super clean, beautiful, and professional. Honestly, this felt like the perfect first act of self-care for myself again after having my baby, and Karmen really helped make that possible. 12/10 recommend, thank you so much!

Today was one of the best Madero I had from all the great one. I had Madero package done and now continuing the maintanance but Nika was different. The details, the pressure and strenght, I can feel that she took her time properly, honestly I was super happy with her.
