Before starting, she gave the advice instead of doing a Keratin treatment, to do a protein treatment. I explicitly said that I wanted the keratin treatment and not the protein treatment. Lazy hair washing. After she was done applying the treatment on my hair, she told me she did the protein treatment and not the keratin treatment. On the plus side, she was quite goed with the hairdryer and my hair does look great, is soft and straight even after washing. Never coming back
