Would recommend booking via whatsapp, the russisn manicure was very well done but some of the staff (not the one who did my nails) made me feel very uncomfortable and not welcome because I had spontaneously/ booked my appointment very last minute via Treatwell. At first she did not want to provide the service and asked me to cancel m booking in a very unfriendly way but since I wouldnโt get any money back for the service I booked I waited 20min so another collegue could take over.

The ladies are ridiculously rude !!! Donโt ever go there. They make you feel uncomfortable, they donโt even smile or greet you. They are ruff and have the worse attitude!!! Iโve will never go back again and wouldnโt recommend! The way they do nails isnโt even that! Especially ANNA I feel like she is the biggest problem!!
