I ended up getting a deep tissue massage because my body needed it more. Deep tissue massages aren’t meant to be relaxing or gentle, they’re designed to unlock those massive, deep knots and leave you unstuck but it requires strength. I couldn’t believe how she managed to undo all my knots, and mit’s exactly what my muscles needed after weeks of being hunched at my work desk.
