During the pedicure she cut my nail bed, blood running over my toe but the pedicurist commented loudly and in front of another customer (and to cover herself with her manager) that it was my fault! It was not the worst injury ever but it was negligence by this pedicurist and this 'passing the buck' was not good. I have been to Cryo Beauty Hub Amsterdam many times but this was my worst experience. Customer-blaming is never a good image. Disappointed!
