Ik had last minute geboekt op treatwell, en de vrouw die mijn wimpers deed had een vrije dag. Ik had een feestje dus ze wilde mij alsnog last minute helpen, communiceerde goed en ging een extra stapje verder om te zorgen dat de afspraak staande zou blijven. Ze bleek veel ervaring te hebben en goede resultaten!
