Harmonic Egg Amsterdam - Sound Healing & Light therapy

A revolutionary approach to healing

The Harmonic Egg is a unique, wooden chamber where sound and light are used to guide the body into deep relaxation.

Inside the Egg, you sit in a zero-gravity chair while calming sound frequencies and colors surround you. This creates a safe, soothing environment that helps the nervous system settle, supporting deep rest, balance, and natural healing.

What happens during a Harmonic Egg session ?

You’ll settle into a zero-gravity chair inside the Harmonic Egg. The session lasts 50 minutes: 40 minutes of music and sound, followed by 10 minutes of quiet reflection.

The sound and lighting are carefully selected to calm your nervous system, ease stress, and help your body and mind restore balance. The final 10 minutes of silence allow the effects to integrate fully, supporting both physical and subtle energetic alignment.
