I’m Daryna, a certified Ayurvedic Yoga Massage therapist and body therapist in the Holy Body method. For me, touch is a way to connect with the body’s natural wisdom. In my sessions I combine deep bodywork, conscious breathing, gentle movement and presence to release tension and restore balance. Hi, I’m Iryna! I specialise in deep muscle work, releasing tension and calming areas of inflammation. My treatments combine proven traditional techniques with a personalized approach to support relaxation, recovery, and body sculpting. With 12 years of experience, I work effectively with both men and women, including athletes, thanks to her deep understanding of the muscular system. As a trainer myself , I embody and share a healthy philosophy of life. Clients appreciate my sessions for bringing strength, relief, and true renewal to the body.
