In Touch - Massage Studio

In touch is a place to find grounding, space, and aliveness in your body. I will invite your system to become present with what's alive (whether it's tiredness, stress, joy, sadness, anger, etc..) and with careful attention weave each part of your body back into a cohesive whole. My sessions can vary in intensity depending on your needs and wishes, so make sure you voice those when you meet me!

The place

At the edge of the Jacob van Lennepkanaal, this studio feels like a cozy hideaway from the fast pace of the city. The earthy colors and tiny size create a safe atmosphere to come home to yourself.

The therapist

I have a strong and gentle touch that invites your body to loosen and release excessive tension. My dance, movement, and systemic work background inform my massage techniques and holistic vision of the human being. I am trained in Thai massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Tangi Playfight, Nonviolent Communication, and Authentic Relating.

Open Hours

My session can be deeply therapeutic, meaning that you might need some extra time to integrate what your body felt and what surfaced internally. This could mean either feeling intensely energetic or extremely tired, depending on what your system needs. I invite you to make some extra free time after my massage.
