Terrible experience. I went in for an eyelash tint appointment, but the process was painful and made my eyes feel extremely itchy. The staff mentioned they could not continue the treatment because my eyes were shaking, so they stopped and removed everything immediately. Despite the treatment not being completed, I was still charged and only given a €5 discount, which felt pointless considering the service was never actually completed. What made the experience even more disappointing was that they didn’t offer to let me try again, provide an alternative treatment, or offer a meaningful solution. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with how the situation was handled.
