Helaas een teleurstellende eerste ervaring. Pas na de behandeling kreeg ik te horen dat bepaalde voorbereiding nodig was, waardoor het resultaat niet volledig was. Dit was vooraf niet gecommuniceerd. Toen ik mijn ontevredenheid aangaf,Ik heb aangeboden om tegen extra betaling te kijken naar een oplossing, maar dit was niet mogelijk.Er werd er geen passende oplossing geboden. In plaats daarvan werd vooral gesproken over regelmatig terugkomen tegen betaling. Dat voelde voor mij niet klantgericht.
