35 minutes delay, a nail filed in the wrong shape so they had to cut it, and put a fake nail (on nails I've been growing for months), the BIAB was well done, but there was close to zero nail filing, the cuticles were not pushed back before being cut, and the application of the gel color was so bad. They offered to redo it, but as we were already so late, time did not permit it on my side.
