Laat mij al jaren kleuren door Sascha. Het is iedere keer weer heel mooi gedaan. Ik ben erg tevreden, zij is zeer kundig en professioneel. Verder is het goed toeven in de salon, onder het genot van koffie of thee. Goede en vriendelijke service en klantgerichtheid, ook door Inci.

Helaas ben ik na twee afspraken nog steeds niet tevreden. Vooral de haarkleur is totaal niet geworden zoals ik had gevraagd. Mijn haar is oranje geworden, terwijl ik duidelijk had aangegeven welke kleur ik wilde. Ik had gehoopt dat het tijdens de tweede afspraak gecorrigeerd zou worden, maar helaas was ik ook daarna niet tevreden met de kleur. Daarnaast is mijn haar korter geknipt dan ik wilde, terwijl ik duidelijk had aangegeven dat ik de lengte wilde behouden.
