Highly unprofessional and Rude. She cancelled my appointment 2 times after confirming the appointment and third time after going there I had to wait more than half an hour. I didn't like her work as well. Not recommended at all.

Very unreasonable hairdresser and impossible to make an appropriate appointment. Made an appointment but let us wait for 45min. Wouldn't recommend children to go to this place

ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL, very very very RUDE, customer service is NIL. Doesn't even know what a long bob is. The worst experience of a haircut I have had so far in The Netherlands, and I have had a few bad ones.1 star is also too much for this.
