First time at nail&muse, I booked my appointment last minute and although I was the very last client in a Friday evening, I was received so warmly and with a kind smile by Roxana. We had a nice chat after a long busy week for both of us - it made time fly by! I am definitely coming back here. Currently taking a break from nail polish, so I just had a clean manicure but I must say I'm very happy with the shape and precision, my nails look naturally beautiful and clean! Thank you, Roxana!

The treatment took 2,5 hours! I think that's a bit too long for pedicure and gel nails. The atmosphere was poor, another lady was just sitting in the room looking at her phone, music was played by Greek radio (??) with lots of commercials, few music, not very relaxing. The lady (Irina?) was not very responsive or friendly, she just did her thing. The whole experience was disappointing. My feet and nails though, look and feel beautiful (not strange after working on them for 2,5 hours).

Arina is een aardige, beetje verlegen dame. Zij doet haar pedicurewerk heel goed in de ietwat krappe werkruimte. Voor mij was het sowieso de eerste keer dat ik een pedicure had. Ik had de fijne Zeus behandeling. Wat Arina nog beter zou kunnen doen is, af en toe een praatje maken, vooraf en na de behandeling, om de ervaring iets persoonlijker te maken. Even vooraf uitleggen wat ze gaat doen. Klein minpuntje, ik was ruim op tijd, en heb 4 keer aangebeld, Zij bood geen excuses, beetje onhandig.
