I liked Katerina she was really nice. The salon was a bit smaller than I am used to. But her work was amazing. Theyre working with all kind of brands but they dont have the gelbottle.

Very disappointing. I was a loyal nail client and always left positive Treatwell reviews. My lash lift had virtually no result. After a lengthy discussion, I received the full €65 refund but was then told I’m no longer welcome, including for my nails. Apparently, being a loyal customer is appreciated until you voice criticism. One honest complaint was enough to end a positive customer experience. Very disappointing way to treat a regular customer.
