There was an issue with the booking, as apparently it wasn’t in their system - so they were not happy to have me in (and you could tell from how they did the job!) Also - asked for balayage, got highlights, explicitly said I didn’t want to have orange/warm hues - my hair already looks like it needs toning straight out of the dresser.
