Thank you for styling my hair. I was happy with how it looked when I left the salon. However, I explained several times that I was going to a concert and needed the curls to last throughout the evening. I also asked for extra hairspray to help them stay in place.
Unfortunately, by the time I got back to my hotel, all of the curls had fallen out. I was very disappointed because I had explained how important it was for the hairstyle to last. I ended up having to curl my hair myself at the hotel a
