We kindly ask that you only cancel your appointment if absolutely necessary. If you’re unable to attend, please inform us by phone or email as soon as possible so we can offer the time slot to someone else. What is your rescheduling policy?

What if I am running late?

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer our own gift cards, which make a lovely present! You can purchase them in the salon or online.

What are the paymeny options?

Clients are welcome to pay in advance through Treatwell. We also accept iDEAL, Tikkie, online payments, and our own gift cards. While cash is possible in some cases, we kindly prefer electronic payments whenever possible.

Can I pay in instalments?

Are children allowed in the salon?

Do you offer gel polish or semi-permanent nail services for children?

For the health and safety of young nails, I do not offer gel polish or semi-permanent nail services to anyone under 16 years old. This helps prevent damage to developing nails. Thank you for understanding.

It is possible to bring someone to my appointment?

You may bring a maximum of one person to your appointment.

Yes, you’re very welcome! Some treatments are safe during pregnancy, but others—such as SkinPen, light/laser therapy, medical peels, and coagulation therapy—should be avoided. We’ll gladly advise you on suitable options.
