I offer one core experience designed around complete relaxation and nervous system support, while thoughtfully addressing your skin's unique needs. I create a safe space where you can relax, get back into your body, and allow yourself to go into a deep state of rest. I help you down-regulate your nervous system by creating a calm environment for you to relax, incorporating breath work throughout the facial, as well as using slow, intentional massage movements so your body feels safe to let go. This is a nervous system reset disguised as a facial.
I work with a massage technique based on fascia release that focuses on applying sustained, gentle pressure to break up adhesions in the tissue, which helps relieve tension, boost blood circulation and allow the tissue to repair itself. This is ideal if you struggle with tension that has build up over time from working a high stress, office job behind a computer, or from picking up and carrying little humans on a daily basis.
When it gets to skin health, my philosophy is simple - repair, protect and maintain the health of your skin's barrier and allowing it to go through its natural processes. If you have specific skin concerns, we will work together to identify their root cause, and will put together an in-salon and home care routine to support the recovery of your skin.
Everyone's skin is unique and I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions when it gets to products. This is why I work exclusively with Dermaviduals - a skincare range that is fully customizable, allowing me to mix ingredients tailored to your exact needs and your unique skin. All products are free from common allergens like fragrance, parabens, preservatives, silicones, and emulsifiers, and are safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
