I never experinced such disrespectful customer service ever.First of all I requested Kim but the person who make my nails was other woman.They cheating me since its my first day but I know who was Kim. first they call me to come 10 mins early and when I arrived instead of greeting the person in the entrance said I arrived early. the way they communicate with me really rude and disrespectful, totally unfriendly and not welcoming place. never ever again.
