The customer service was really bad, no communication at all. They shortened my nails way too much and did a French manicure that didn't fit them. My eyebrow wax appointment was also bad. One of my eyebrows is different and it's really visible. Additionally, they kept increasing the price and didn't even communicate it to me. It was a horrible experience that instead of making me relaxed gave me lots of anxiety. Would never go again.
