I’m a regular client and I’ve come a few times now for removal of gel nails. Only removal. Every time the treatment takes longer than the prescribed 15min; usually because the nail technician is helping someone else at the same time. Yes, there are a lot of bookings but as this has happened multiple times I think it’s really unfair to keep someone waiting like this. I generally love this place and it is my easy go-to spot for ease and quality so wanted to give this feedback:)
