The lady that worked with me was named Ha. She was wonderful and welcoming. Also, the front desk ladies were terrific to reschedule me when I was unable to make my 3PM appointment b/c an Uber failed to show up at The Hotel De L'Europe. I ended up walking the 20 minutes easily for a 4:30 appointment. Very kind.
