Very disappointing experience. My BIAB started lifting on multiple nails within one day. I contacted the salon immediately, but they could only offer a repair on Tuesday, even though I explained I’m leaving for holiday on Monday. The salon is listed as open on Sunday and Monday, yet no solution was offered apart from a some discount on my next visit. But clearly that doesn’t solve the problem I have now. Poor quality and even worse customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this salon.
