De zaak leek dicht, je moet door een gesloten winkel heen. Aardige meiden maar spreken gebrekkig Engels. De pedicure was oké maar het eelt weghalen had grondiger gekund en werd met natte nagellak ‘weggestuurd’ dus kon het thuis alsnog zelf doen.

My nails are very damaged and uneven after a painful shellac file-off. Japanese manicure did not smooth the surface afterwards, there are still bumps and pits on the nail surface and my nails are flaking and breaking even after being filed short. Appointment started half an hour late. I sent emails with pictures showing the damage and requested a partial refund but they did not respond. I am giving a star here for the shaping and cuticle work which was fine. I would not go back to this salon.
