I arrived in Amsterdam from a long plane and train journey which had brought on severe oedema in my feet and legs. After one session with Alena my legs felt much more flexible and the next day the swelling had reduced by about 80%. Fabulous result.
I had a follow up appointment which worked more deeply into the problem and was also great.
I recommend Alena absolutely. I wish I could stay in Amsterdam so I could have a regular massage therapy with her.
