I had done my hair Botox treatment at Alexis.. I have been doing hit Botox from last 3 years. This one was very bad as my treatment turned bad just in first wash after 48 hours of treatment. My previous hair Botox treatment stayed for minimum 6 months but this time I'm not happy at all. My hairs are dry and frizzy and it is turning that way again in ten following washes within a week. I was disappointed that this follow-up appointment did not take place. I have paid so much but it looks waste of money. After responding in DM to Alixis message on my review, she told me she will contact me with new appointment and I have been waiting all this time for Alixis to contact me on my revisit and have a look at the treatment. Till date there is no response from her. I was disappointed that this follow-up appointment did not take place. Treatwell also contacted her but she didn't respond at all. After all these, I really do not want to go to that salon... would definitely like to get Refund on this treatment.

Ik heb vandaag mijn pruik bij haar laten knippen en ik ging met een glimlach naar buiten. Zij is een aanrader. Ik ben blij dat ik bij haar terecht kan voor een andere pruik en andere behandelingen. Zij is een eerlijke en betrouwbare kapster die bijna niet meer te vinden zijn.

Vandaag voor het eerst bij Alixis hair and beauty. Leuke en hartelijke ontvangst. Ik had een spa pedicure behandeling met gellak. Fijne behandeling met mooie vakantievoeten👍Tot de volgende keer!

Nooit teleurgesteld! Alixi is echt een profecioneel. Zij luisterd aandachtig naar wat je wil en denk met je mee als je niet zeker bent met wat je wil. De resultaat is altijd...wauuuu!!❤️ Ik kom altijd terug.
