This was my first service ever and experience was quite good. I went for a big change to cut my hair really short, Aiva was very honest and clear on the difference between my reference image (styled perfectly) and what I could expect with my hair texture and possible challenges when styling. In the end, we went for it and I am very happy with my new short hair!
