Aiva did an amazing job. My hair color really looked awful when I came in, and after carefully discussing my wishes with Aiva, she told me very clearly what the possibilities were. I chose one of the options and it couldn't have turned out better. She was really clear about the expectations, which I rarely find in other hairdressers.
