I booked one professional but got someone else. What’s the point in selecting?. The manicure is ok overall. The skin got torn and got blood while she is doing cuticles. The procedure of prepping nails is not standard and each professional does in their own way, which I don’t like. That’s the reason I like to stick to one professional.
