Appointment was at 3:30. Another stylist started talking to me who was not Farideh. I was like why is he attending me when I didn’t book him. Anyway, after that confusion was solved, they started 20 mins later. The color was okay. Then the wash was done and she didn’t put any conditioner. I only remembered when the other stylist was blowdrying my hair and that too without any heat protectant. My hair turned so rough after that. Had to wash and deep condition next morning.
