Wanted to get beach waves, but he didn’t know how to do them. So instead of saying that he couldn’t do it - he went ahead and gave me very strong tight curls that made my hair feel very rough.

It was so busy there. They were tossing clients at each other and I felt so rushed. She yanked off a part of my baby hair at my forehead because some wax got stuck in it. Didn’t even apologise for it. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
