Horrible experience! Super bad haircut on wavey hair. It looked like a tree in the back, very uneven all over, with missing parts and holes as well. No structure, no shape. I fixed it at another saloon, didn’t trust to return here to fix it. Don’t recommend!

The basics of a good manicure and pedicure are to remove the cuticles from the nails, and that wasn't done. I'm going to have to buy pliers and remove them myself, even after paying 85€ for both services... What was done as pedicure I could have done at home myself. I’m frustrated.
