I was not fully satisfied with my nails. Erin was so mean the other day and was looking for an opportunity to not do my nails since I have very short nails and sensitive cuticles. In the end, she did them of course. However, she did pay attention to hygiene as I told her and made sure the tools were clean before usage.
I was not happy with her attitude the other day at all but she is a professional with her job, must say that! I hope she has a better day next time :)
