It took much longer than expected for quite a simple treatment. After being there for so long, the fact that it wasn't well done was only more frustrating. I did mention some things I had noticed, but she did not offer to fix it!! Its the first time I was not as satisfied with their work/employee, so it's not a huge deal. I also think she might just have been having a bad day.
