I’ve been going to Astrid for the past 1.5 years. Astrid doesn’t just provide a massage - it’s care tailored to you personally. I‘ve been going for lua lomi - I find it really relaxes my nervous system, eases muscle tension, psychosomatic pain and helps with regulation. The effects last for a few days after the treatment. I also go for Tok Sen - I tend to fall asleep during this and can also feel the calming restorative effects for days afterwards. Very grateful to and thankful to Astrid.
